How could they say that selling of a service on your own behalf is legal; but all popular forms of advertising it are regarded as illegal.....and the detailed communication of the transaction before the act is also illegal in public surroundings, by telephone, and email/text msg......and the potential buyers of an independently legal service are committing a crime???
