So when's the party - Ottawa?

Why should those TO gals/guys have all the fun parties... I'm sure Ottawa TERBites want to party to no?

What do you say all?

Any suggestions for place and date etc... post away.

I'm thinking the Nuden myself, since I live only 10 mins away up by Elmvale Plazza. And since I been back in Ottawa now for a couple weeks have gone out to 4 different SCs and had the best time at The NuDen.

Maybe the need of freebies or a gimmick is in need for Ottawa Terb's. I know when I go on shows for my company I need little goodies to get the people out and have fun. I could bring free pens or even water bottles! Woohoo! Now that's a incentive.

Maybe then a party at a local eating establishment. If people wanna come, they come, if people do come and chicken out at the last minute, hey they can order take out! This reminds me of MUDS meets when I was a teen and we would meet up on the second floor of the Burger King in the market. So much nerd power in a room, I blast you with my level 51 human mage!

A party is a good idea, but what is expected - do some of us hook up later, does it turn into an orgy? The difficulty is to find a spot where people can attend discretely I presume. If we had enough interested parties, we could show up at an hotel suite. food for thought

I'd strongly consider it depending on location and timing.

I think its important to be discrete and not make it known to the establishment that hey, "we're from terb" lol.

What it would take is one person to say, ok, this is when it is, this is where it is, and this is what it is. Perhaps a poll could be taked first to determine preferences however. Then who cares if only 3, 10 or 20 people show up. I'm sure it would grow with each time in the future. To me bigger isn't necassarily better.

I have a couple ideas... will think over and post again.

All parties that I personally organized in TO we did at SCs. Some others did do parties in other types of establishments. I don't think they ever did hide the fact though that it was an 'adult industry' party. No one attending gives up their real names etc anyways.

Maybe we can do a hockey game at months end. (end of March) Go out for buffet deal, bus ride and game ticket all included at a local sports bar I know here that does that.

Also last time I was at TheNuDen I noted that there was a group of 15-20 guys and gals that all took off to the game when time came. Maybe they have a similar package there... I'm gonna check into it.
