It's a tough one. From our perspective there is no doubt they should mention that they are post op. But from their perspective, they went through the whole spiel of transforming themselves to become a woman, so they don't want to mention that they were once males. It is a lot of suffering to go through the whole transformation, so must be probably sickening for them to admit publically that they are not complete females.

I agree with LRH's comments, above. If a person goes through the hassle (AND expense) of re-arranging their genital configuration they LONG AGO decided they wanted to BE the other gender. Psychologists/psychiatrists might write a few books on whether or not this could classify as Bait & Switch.
