I don't think many civilian women know that guys like this. A few years ago my gyno told me the most popular elective surgery he did was Labia Reduction.

Women are probably doing this terrible thing because of what other women say.
I LOVE the lippy look.
What a shame. Ladies tend to get a boob enhanement, but a labia reduction, boggles the mind.
Don't know why ladies think this way, they should think like men, do you ever hear of a man who wants a penis reduction???????
