What's happening is women work for agencies that send them around to different cities, taking care of all their hotel bookings and replying to calls, making the bookings. In some cases (especially when the women are Asian) they're literally being trafficked, by gangs or pimps or whatnot. So you think you're dealing with an independent provider, but it's really a sleazy agency that, as you discovered, dicks you around and wants you to pay regardless. Just a straight up criminal enterprise. Once again, this is a reminded to stick with a few basic rules to stay out of trouble: only visit independent escorts or agency women with established reputations and good reviews, credible photos (ideally) proper websites. Any time I have ever strayed from these rules, those were the times I got burned. As an aside, you should call the police about this escort if you can find her ad somewhere where she's working now. The cops appreciate tips like that: they're not against prostitution per se (and neither is the law), but they work against trafficking and this kind of rip off.

Thanks for the warning Harry. I have generally been reluctant to reply to Asian posts because of my concern about trafficking (definitely not from prejudice). Their prices are invariably lower and the pics look professional but that's what concerns me.
How do I find a truly independent Asian SP with no ties to gangs or criminals?

I’ve only encountered one Asian sp that had real pictures. I’ve turned around at the door on probably 5-6 that had fake pics.
