Brittney Hislope, 35, a single mother from Kentucky reveals she is 'lovesick' over accused Idaho killer Bryan Kohberger claiming he 'is the perfect man for her.'

She previously wrote love letters to a convicted killer serving a life sentence for shooting a man and then attacking his sister and another woman in California

It's actually fairly common, especially if their victim(s) is female. Apparently, Paul Bernardo got letters (some with nude pics) from female admirers.

Ted Bundy married one of his female admirers.

When a woman has a crush on a man who is incarcerated in a maximum security prison, she knows that there is a very high probability that he will not cheat on her with another woman.

Most likely when women send nude pics to those guys, the photos are kept by the inmates working in the mail room. It's not as if any of them are going to do a favour for a guy like Bernardo. I'm sure his food regularly contains various bodily fluids, courtesy of the kitchen staff.

The U.S. postal workers complained years ago about inmates sending semen in the mail with the envelopes squirting about as they went through the mailing machine.

It could be a myth. It was my understanding they had it in small plastic packets, Not sure if I can find the info on the internet as it was many years ago.
