My wife works for one of the major banks in downtown and there are lots who make in excess of 1.6 million in bonuses at years end.

Great link....it doesn't support your point which sounded kind of lame to begin with.

I recently discovered that the Bank of Montreal had lost $5k of my money due to an Investorline computer glitch, four months ago. Even though it was obvious they had screwed up, it took them a week to replace the money, with no apology or compensation offered.

It took you 4 months (120 days) to realize you were short $5000, and they fixed it in a week (7 days)? They responded 17 times faster than you did! Obviously you didn't miss the money, it didn't create any hardship on your part, so what exactly were you expecting to be "compensated" for?

And what, exactly, does this have to do with the original point of this thread?

Yes I read where the CEO of the Bank of Montreal admitted to sneaking back into the bank at night and looting unsuspecting depositer's accounts. He chose people that he thought were too dumb to miss $5,000 of their $7,000 savings account. Furthermore the computer program he used was funded by taxpayers.

Can you people be any more pathetic? Really.
