Been lurking for over a decade. Look at that join date! Partook a little back then, but left Toronto and haven't been back since. Returning for a visit and looking to goto an agency or indy. Should I be worried about law enforcement? I would only go to well reviewed SPs.

Low Earth Orbit is safe, but you must take upper atmospheric drag into account, and plan your return or orbital adjustment before it forces the situation.
as long as there isn't a chocolate bar melting into the flux capacitor or something

Since the OP has been lurking for many years and, no doubt, has read many reviews, and still worries about John Law after reading the applicable news on this site, one can only deduce that this hobby is not for him. He should try something else that entails less risk, since he seems risk-averse, like collecting coins, stamps or memorabilia. He would probably be so anxious and paranoid about STDs and LE that he would drive even the most accommodating SPs nuts.

Simply never offer money for sex and there is no problem - Agencies have always sold time not sex and avoided the old living of avils law. Toronto PD and other have made it clear they are not intersted in private consenting adults but follow a harm reduction model liike a real pimp or underaged. Not all the pretend pimps that get arrested in the U.S.

It would probably be extremely difficult to prosecute. That is, unless you blab. Most people who get prosecuted admit their own guilt. Police are experts at getting people to sing. If arrested:

SAY NOTHING!

It is your right. Don't try to be smart and think you can talk yourself out of an encounter with the police. Any discrepancy with your statements will lead to further probing by the LEO. Never even say yes or no: just 'I have nothing to say'. Or, 'I was going about my business and I have nothing more to say.'

That's the first thing a lawyer will tell you when you first contact them. A lawyer can't help you if you've been cornered and already admitted guilt.

As wilbur so wisely advised....

"SAY NOTHING!
