As much as I'd like that, no.
He has freedoms to speak his mind.
Though his actions as an oligarch needs to be heavily scrutinized and limited from participating in government. (as it should be the case with other oligarchs, super-pacs, lobbyists etc).

The should put a broomstick up his ass and break it off. Money is not enough for this guy, he has to stroke his ego and flex his muscles.

Whatever he does that you don't or do like - blame/credit Trump. He is responsible.
However, Trump will "hardly know him" if he really fucks up lol.
