Does this type of situation exist?

I do not want a lease for an apartment for a year (i don't plan to be working that long)
Ideally I would like a place for minimum a few days a week without having to bounce about hotels.
I do not know alot of Toronto, this is why I ask.
I noticed some residences, quite upscale and far more than I want to spend. I am interested in anything from downtown to west scarborough. In the US alot of times ladies rent 2 places one in one area one clear acoss town or in another state, weekly or a few days in a row. I was not sure if that is available in Toronto. ANY help is appreciated I am looking for sooner than later

Thanks again Guys

Also I am am selective of who I play with so traffic wise I am fine.

$3,000 to $10,000 per month.

HAHAHAHA well without divulging too much that is not in my budget and is truly a bit much even at 3000$ (unless I drastically raised my rates which I am not all that interested in doing)

Thank you so much for the advice but as I said already in my post those places are not what I am looking at. Plus most have 24hr conseirge and I would NEVER expect my clients to report thier comming or going.

hmmm what is a girl to do??!!??

Well I have my place in the east end until the 15th so still a few days to work it all out.

Short term rentals are tough to find. Exec condos are pretty much the only game available, but as Sukdeep mentioned, the pricetag is rather steep.

If you're willing to rent a place for 3+ months you can try a real estate agent to see what they can come up with. Just tell them you need to be in town for biz or whatever.

Alternatively you can try to get a deal with a hotel. Many of them will set you up in the same room as long as you can tell them you'll be there once a week on Mondays to Wednesdays or whatever. You'll have to clear out all your stuff in between stays though as it is a hotel with other guests who come & go. This method will still cost you around $200 / night including taxes though.

You might also have a problem if you're using the hotel for "business" purposes.

You can always negotiate a better rate than is advertised. Just let them know what you're looking for.

I think I will try a few real estate people. The idea never occoured to me. And I refuse to share a place with someone. privacy and not having to rush are very important to me so sharing is NOT a good idea

thanks Xarir

I do have a place for now but I am looking to change areas

How about a Winnebago? You could travel all over town doing Incalls. Imagine the uniqueness of your services. If this SUV is rockin dont come a knockin...

What was this thread about again?

downtown toronto
A number of girls have worked out the "Village by the Grange" on McCaul / St. Patrick between Queen and Dundas. They're comfortable, clean and discreet entrance.

There's a rental apartment low rise building located at Danforth and Donlands, right across from the Donlands subway that advertises weekly or monthly rentals. It's in Greek town, not far from downtown.
