Goodyear has retail stores, where they can replace your tires for pretty good prices. Be careful, though; they will "propose" additional repairs. Just refuse that, and just get the tires.
Might also try Pep Boys, Western Auto, Sears, Advance Auto Parts, AutoZone, etc.

Sam's Club
Great service free flat tire repairs, free spin rebalancing every time tires are rotated.
You have to buy a membership though and don't go there on the weekends, pretty busy then.

Costco is more expensive than Walmart, Canadian Tire etc.
I checked a couple of places in the U.S. and found there wasn't much of a bargain.
