Interesting. One report says they heard Allahu Akbar and another claims the shooter was swearing about foreigners and spoke with a German accent.

Police news conference -The gunman is an Iranian that lived for a period of time in Munich, they believe he's the only one shooting. He killed himself or got killed by police after being chased by the police. Children amongst the dead. The low body count tells me this was probably not a terrorist attack in the sense of having any organization to it.
Europe is becoming like so many Third World countries (which includes Israel) we used to see on the news. Constant bombings, shootings, and death in the name of religion and ethnicity. Is this shooting a "reprisal"? If so, expect more back and forth bloodshed. With the importation of a generation of radical Islamists, this won't even begin to end for another 100 years.

I would wait until they check his computer history, friends and family, apartment etc before making any pronouncements.
I doubt he just woke up this morning and said "Hey! I think I will go shoot children at a McDonald's today!".

No, according to the police it was 2 years that he was in Germany he also had Iranian citizenship.
It is extremely rare for someone to hold both German and another country citizenship but then anything is possible in Merkel's Germany.
