Is this a SP friendly hotel?
I'm headed there for a conference.
Does this hotel require keycards after a certain time?
Are there discreet meeting areas?
Cheers.

Her place
Very
That's cool
I think after midnight
Downstairs in the PATH area, lobby is crowded and fairly anonymous

I seen an SP their about 2 yrs ago during the Caribbean weekend. She told me that the hotel was going to lock the doors at 9PM and you would need a wrist band to get in.I doubt this is the case every weekend. Most likely because it was a big event in the city.

Another handy feature is that you can catch the elevators from the lower level (PATH) if you want to avoid the lobby.

Haven't been there in a couple of years, but there were no key cards on the elevators at the time.

This doesn't make sense. How would hotel guests that didn't go to Caribana get a wrist band? I can understand the hotel locking some of the secondary doors, but the front lobby would still be open.

The only thing about the Sheraton is there are actually two sets of elevators. If you're in the main tower, everything is great - the elevators are right there! But there are these hidden elevators in the back of the hotel for another tower, so if you're in those you'll have to make sure the provider knows where to go.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? I just found out about the other elevators recently and it blew my mind! ;)
