Anyone know where I can get the best Beef Shawarma in T.O.??
And beef only, I dont like chicken.

Preferably with lots of garlic sauce.

The place on Elm St. that is on the list in the link EOD posted above. Use to go there regular a few years back. Very excellent. Went back there just about a year ago for first time in long time. New owner. Same great shawarma.

For a bonus you can grab a drink to wash it down at Zanzibar just across the street.

There is a place called LaZeeze at the corner of Mutual and Gerrard that serves excellent beef shawarma. Great prices too! (And if you come after 11:00 PM most nights, the view isn't bad either since the "ladies" are on the "stroll")

Theres a beef shawarma place (forget the name) on the north side of Queen West, about 5 +/- doors west of Spadina. The place is kinda a dump but its the best shawarma place Ive come across. Toronto need more shawarma. I miss being in Amsterdam where they are all over the place, are excellent and very clean restaurants.

Guess what? They're your Godchildren for life! I'm not sure it's the same exact thing as shawarma, but the beef sandwich marinated the way they do it from the spit is REALLY something...one of my faves (and I've eaten shawarmas in the Middle East for 15 years).

Guys (and girls), I've found an excellent shawarma place, the guy that runs the store has beef shawarma with tasty garlic sauce.

In fact I'm eating one right now....yummy...yummy

Its located at Bay & Gerrard (100 yards north of Gerrard on the East side).

Uhm....I dont think so but I'm not 100% sure.
The place has very limited seating capacity - its more of a take-out joint.

But his shawarma cant be beat

Shawarma in TO

Best Shawarma I have had is at Farhat on Eglinton just west of Warden. They have Beef Lam and Chicken and sometimes a spicy beef. Lots of fixing (Lettece, tomatoe, parsley, onions etc) including gobs of garlic.
