The law has something to say about helping a lady do her ads because as much as they are in the dark ages about the world's oldest profession, they are right about pimps as often as not and that is why this law is written as it is. Another angle to go after pimps. The whole legality thing is a topic of interest to me, and I would love to see more of this discussed from time to time.

The old law was struck down as unconstitutional. This new law is also unconstitutional, and will be struck down once challenged. In terms of violating a law that is itself unconstitutional, well, it is a just man who violates an unjust law.
The law does indicate that advertising an offer for sexual services is illegal. My understanding is that this is intended to go after the publishers and advertisers, such as Craigslist and Now Magazine, as opposed to someone who might help an escort using Bitcoin or navigate through the submission process on Backpage. Of course, the anti-racketeering act in the US was intended to go after the biker-gangs and the mob, but they used it to prosecute Conrad Black instead, so YMMV. Furthermore, none of the ads I have helped to post state anything about sexual services, but instead simply speak of escorting. I'm not sure if prosecution can take place on what types of services might be implied within an ad, or whether sexual services must be stated explicitly. All I've ever done is help post a standard Backpage ad, what the girls actually do in the privacy of their own homes is unbeknownst to me.

No argument on how Government doesn't get it. I am merely stating what they are not thinking. As for BP and NOW, neither has been too scared of it. I suspect like all laws on prostitution, most are unenforceable and the cops have more important things to do; and as you say, it is likely any challenge in court will go where the old ones did. Politicians however are all about appearing to fight the good fight, not necessarily winning it.

Daddy-o's incident is from last September. I just looked it up and it's brought up here adding to the pile on. So the girl is busy and messes up a few times. I've been seeing SexySpinner for just short of a year by a few months and sure, we've had the odd misstep but she always made it up to me and every time I see her, it's fantastic as taker2ez says. Just recently come out of retirement, certainly not new to the board however I felt compelled to give my 2 cents worth. The board has always been spot on and has never let me down a wrong path.
I will start by saying that I first met Sexy Spinner a few years ago. With the help of the board she was my first SP and to this day I have yet to have a session with another SP that has paralleled her sensuality and her passion to make you feel like you are her SO. From the second I walked in to the minute I left her focus and attention was on me. No clock watching no answering her phones.
Don't get me wrong we he had our mishaps here and there but boy did she ever make up for it. No one likes or deserves to be flaked on nor am I making excuses for her or any other SP, however I can honestly tell you that I have never walked out her door thinking WTF did I just waste my money on. I think what I can take away from the many, many reviews and recountings of experiences with Spinner (or experiences that should have been) is that she's great once you get in the room with her, but actually getting in to that room can be mighty challenging. A real shame. I saw her once way back, she was my first SP experience and totally converted me from an MP guy to an SP guy. So warm, welcoming, fun and real. I very rarely experience the same comfort with others as I did with her.

some have very tight time lines and limited times or days to visit...so when they book and make plans...and it's a no go..for whatever reason it's frustrating and some get riled up about it..
SS..from all accounts is right up there with the best of the ladies out here in the D/R...it's just getting over that doorway threshold that's become the focal point with her...

Once in my SP infancy a lady in North York kept me waiting for an HOUR.

Oh, Roxxxy was awesome! She got implants, which in my opinion really changes her proportions in a negative way. She was perfect before, but disproportionate after. She's also put on weight since I saw her. She was borderline spinner when I first had her. She's a healthy weight now, but if I wanted a girl at a healthy weight, I'd date online.

In defense of the girls, there are plenty of guys who show up five, ten or fifteen minutes late but still want the full hh. Other guys try to stay past their allotted time, and the girls have to politely prod them away. So hobbyists can sometimes be a big part of the problem too.
But let's face it, if these girls were great at managing time, they'd be legal secretaries. They are escorts, they often have plenty of personal demons, and their time management skills is rarely the number one reason we visit them. I know girls that do GHB, smoke pot and sometimes even worse while they ply their trade. Ever try to manage time while you're high? It's not easy.
Almost every girl I've ever met greets me with an "I'll be ready in five minutes." Rarely do they invite me in right away. So now I program into my phone "I'm here. Let me know which room?", and I fire that text off when I'm about five minutes away. They still keep me waiting, even when I do that, but it usually cuts the wait from ten to fifteen minutes down to five or ten.
And just a tip, never 'wait' at the hotel. Park across the street or at the local Tim Hortons. It's best not to draw attention to yourself.

Once they clear that five minute mark after asking for the extra time I may give them 2-3 more minutes of benefit-of-the-doubt time, but that's when I start throwing warnings out. Good idea on sending the "I'm here" text five minutes before you arrive. I've considered it but I'm always afraid that the one time I try it is the time they say "come on up!" right away.

If she is high or strung out, I don't want to see her. As for her being a healthy weight, I like women, not anorexic freaks. But hey, that is me at my age having a different perspective. That isn't a shot at anyone's taste either. I just ask that they are not strung out, enjoy what they do, and yes, they are on time and don't waste my time. Most of the really good SP's are on time or at least make it up to you.

I'd never visit an SP that wants a phone conversation. To me, *that* is the sign that it's law enforcement.
If I go knock on a hotel room door and the police are there, I can just say 'wrong room.' If they have a recording of me talking to the SP on the phone, making arrangements and referencing any unorthodox activity at all, any plausible deniability is gone.
Young girls text. The girls I know under 21 don't even know their phones have voice-call capabilities.
