This is a clear copyright infingement case and has nothing to do with putting escorts out of business.

Chanel has spent alot more money building their brand than she has building hers. Appears to me she dragged her feet making all the changes and then has decided that she should make money selling the name to Chanel. Chanel could never agree as it would set a dangerous precedent.

The fact that they agreed to allow her to use a variation of the name is nice, but I do not think she needs their permission as I believe Chanelle is a proper name.

I guess in the future if someone uses her images for profit she will be understanding.
