What ever sells. When I was in the UK there were ads in the tabloid newspapers for naked cleaning ladies. I do not know if it is just house cleaning or if they do pipes as well. An old guy told me about back in the dark ages ( Canada ) there were ladies that advertised shoe shines. For one price you could look down their blouse, then they would offer you to shine their shoes. This way you can look up their skirt. My guess is that there may have been a deluxe package as well. ( no undies ) Evidently no laws were broken, it was not against the law to not wear undies in the 70s.
