Call it a hunch but I'm guessing sex with an android isn't covered in his 2,000 year old guide book. I don't know about this 'special occasion' sex. If my android collection looks like this:
and they all are programmed to service me 24/7 - no jealousy - absolute devotion - house chores done as I sleep ...... why would I want 'special occasion' sex ?

I used the term androids because by the time the bodies hit this sophistication, artificial intelligence could reach a point in which these are intelligent, self-aware, sentient lifeforms. Like Data in Star Trek, Ava in Ex Machina, etc. every item on your list could be experienced by my android angels. I dont like using toys on myself its not the same as a person doing those things. Feels fake. I bought a realistic dick a few years ago, the one that you can hang from the wall... It was a waste of money. It was pathetic.

Something like "Ava" or "Data" won't be seen by anybody that is alive today, Some people will be game for that, as some people are already fucking sex dolls, but it will remain a "niche"
It will be much easier to build a sex robot or sex machine that is simply proficient in the mechanics of sex, then you hook it up to a VR headset with some porn star scenario.. BINGO! the sex machine will take care of your penis, the VR will take care of your mind.
