I think it's more a throwback to the days when few preoccupied themselves with whether "a trim is in order"--esp. among non-hobbyists. Whatever was in the pants, you took it, and you enjoyed it. (She even explains why it's more "enjoyable" in the video.)

It's also a reminder of the sheer rarity these days of "sex with bush" videos--perhaps because in practice, those with bush (often, as here, with a bit of an artsy/granola cast) aren't terribly inclined t/w making sex videos, much less distribute them. Different culture.
