So Joe#2 just yesterday and the day before kept getting insulting emails after the fact Joe#1 said he was going to stop it a month ago saying their friendship was more important than always fighting and that there has to be another way to work everything out etc...The worst part is Joe#2 almost called the Police on Joe#1 because there were actual threats like there were in the past and Joe#2 could not put up with that anymore. Joe#2 told me that he thinks the only reason Joe#1 apologized a month ago was not because he was being sincere but because of the fear the Police would be knocking.
So like I was saying, Joe#2 has totally been ignoring Joe#1 the past few days and it's really gotten to Joe#1. Like can Joe#1 actually make up his mind if he wants Joe#2 in his life or not? I told them both I'm not getting in between this! This guys have know each other for over 25 years. The other part about it is when Joe#2 sent Joe#1 some insulting emails a week ago during his stress time because of his relatives passing, Joe#1 said he showed some of his other friends including his girlfriend the emails and said that they questioned why he associates himself with Joe#2. Meanwhile, Joe#1 tries to paint a different picture obviously when he's actually to another step threatening Joe#2 and there is no way the other people and including his girlfriend know that side of the story.
So yesterday and today Joe#2 has been ignoring Joe#1 because he's really tired of all the emails, voice messages etc from him and Joe#1 has become irate again and says he is going to have a man to man talk once and for all that Joe#2 is understood about Joe#1's descison on their friendship and where it stands and that they should do their own thing but meanwhile Joe#1
is sending insulting emails again and cannot understand why Joe#2 has not responded.
I know for a fact that Joe#1 has knocked on Joe#2's door a few times in the last few days and Joe#2 does not want to speak to him. Joe#1 made it clear that he contacting him his exact words were "and by the way, just so you know, this isnt going to stop me from having that face to face with you today or tomorrow" Joe#2 just sent me this.
So to the legal people out there, is there anything Joe#2 can do to make this stop and call the Police?
He doesn't want to send Joe#1 an email to tell him to stop etc....
