I know she is mentioned in a few different threads, but there seemed to be no dedicated review thread for her, so here goes. As previously posted, she does not work very often, I think only on weekends, so when I found myself with a rare Saturday available I booked her for an hour today since I really really like beautiful blondes and she seems perfect in that regard. As I hoped she is ever prettier in person, perfectly toned spinner body, platinum blond hair and a thoroughly enjoyable personality. Massage itself was great, a bit of teasing, some body slides both front and back. She is not a GFE in my opinion as there is no kissing at all and touching is restricted, the finish was a little perfunctory. My biggest problem with the experience was the time, from the time she walked in the room (and brough me an ice cold water) to the time I walked out the room after my shower was 45 minutes, which is significant in a one hour appt. There are no wall clocks in the room, so you are kinda up to the MA to judge time, and I felt short changed. Shower for 2 at the end was enjoyable and the facilities are very luxurious.

I can recommend if you want a non GFE massage from a DDG blonde spinner who is way out of your league. Will I repeat with her, no, will I try Vibe again, probably not.

I concur with Tolleman: don't write VUS off because of one experience. As for Serena: I've seen her dozens of times when she worked under a different alias... I wouldn't have done so if the service (though limited) wasn't as advertised. In her new position as MP, the further limitations are understandable but it may be a YMMV as in my case when I visit the spa.

That's very strange...there is a large wall clock in every room at Vibe above each stereo...and usually Serena goes over her session time...this is the first time we have ever heard anything close to a negative comment about Serena...and your comments have been noted! xoxo

I have always enjoyed my time at Vibe and haven't run into any problems there... well other than trying to pick a gorgeous lady or wanting to stay for the whole day. LOL

Is "noting" someones' comments doing something that is "attending to this"??

"Noting" Ryan's comments means bringing this to Serena's attention AND bringing it to the attention of each attendant at Vibe...as is every positive & every negative comment brought to the attention of all the ladies in order to prevent similar situations....AND I most certainly did not come even close to suggesting that Ryan is a "monster" in any way....I simply defended the reputation of an attendant and clearly stated that his issues were noted & corrected his misconception regarding the large wall clocks in every room and followed through on everything as usual...thank you for your grave concern in this matter Hector....it is noted as well xoxo

A MA is a massage attendant they provide massage services...and none of our ladies refer to their massage sessions as GFE...that is an escort term that has crept into the massage industry over the past few years...

Some reasons why your massage session may not be as GFE as you had hoped:

1. MA sessions are not escort sessions
2. MAs are not escorts
3. Vibe is not an Escort Service
4. Vibe does not provide escort services
5. The term GFE relates to the level of intimacy and connection an attendant has with you as opposed to a basic mechanical service: Some things that may prevent an attendant from establishing a GFE connection with you are, but are not limited to: Your attitude/expectations, your aggressiveness, your body odor, your breath, your personal hygiene & any obvious skin conditions/rashes/sores etc that may be present.
6. Not every attendant will get along with every client...there are attendants and there are clients that simply do not click....

Thankfully we have many amazing ladies and spas to choose from in the Ottawa area.

As the OP, and the guy that received 25% less of the service that he paid for...I do not feel that this has been "attended to" at all. I guess if "noting" means that other patrons will not experience being shortchanged in the future then some good might come from this...not for me of course but for the rest of "yous guys"...

This entire thread is likely academic for Serena, she will be busy regardless of her restrictions and how much time she stays in the room with her guests.

And thanks Hector for actually understanding a fellow hobbyist's position!

Well I for one think that taking feedback from clients to improve service levels is nothing but good/smart business. And as an occasional Vibe client I appreciate that management seems to care. I am sorry for the OP, it does seem like an unfortunately situation however I also didn’t think that Gina was trying to make him feel worst about the situation. Rather it seems like she wanted it to be clear that this is not the norm, nor is it acceptable. From my perspective if such were to happen to me I would take much more solace in the fact that management is taking steps to ensure that such a situation doesn’t happen again, then to be offered some form of discount on my next visit. Just my 2 cents, from a relatively inexperienced hobbyist.

That is indeed an interesting perspective. If you are staying at a hotel and find cockroaches in your room, are you satisfied if the hotel management tells you they will be sure to fumigate for the next guest? And before anyone jumps on me for the obviously exaggerated analogy, I chose it specifically to illustrate the point of being satisfied with management's response of "we will try to be sure it does not happen to the next guy"...

No, I think most, if not all, understand your perspective, but she is one of many other fine ladies at Vibe.

Don't write off, or do, all the others based on one experience.

Congratulations!

Assumptions, hostility, bullying, false accusations, incorrect statements and claims that have festered into the ridiculous now...

After speaking with Serena and getting her side of the story and after confirming that Ryan was indeed shorted 11 minutes of actual session time on the hour and then after seeing the spectacle that this thread has become I will say this:

Ryan's time was far from intentionally shorted...there are large wall clocks in every room...Serena is astonished by the whole incident, as am I, in light of the circumstances & two specific and completely understandable reasons why Ryan's session ran unintentionally short & one very specific reason why Serena should be commended for providing an above average service regardless of a very concerning matter to her in the room at the time...none of which Serena should be persecuted for...and Vibe will happily refund Ryan the $10 for.

Without knowing both sides of an issue and without speaking privately to the parties concerned and instead creating a public outcry of ill-informed supporters...everyone still remains hostile, ignorant and bitter about a session they have no clue about.

Outstanding Customer Service and Complaint Resolution has always been our strong point....but this is just bullying now and we will not appease it...and yes Ryan unfortunately still feels wronged now...and we are sorry for that...he has many of you to thank & if this forum had not been involved a better understanding & a happy ending could have easily been found last week
