The LAST thing the world (let alone the U.S.) needs is another commander-in-chief of the most powerful nation in the world pretending he is playing Risk with American lives, and resources.

Which is why the LAST thing we need is someone as simpleminded as Sarah Palin, whose response in fact provably would be "I don't understand what is going on or what these people want...the hell with this diplomacy crap...it just confuses me anyway...let's just bomb them".

All POTUS' have been tested shortly after taking office since at least JFK, maybe even earlier. Only those weak on history would wet their pants over Biden's statement....

There are lots of reasons why he might think so, none of which would mean he thinks Obama is unqualified.

You making up your own explanation and then promulgating it as though it were Biden's opinion makes your qualifications for entering into a debate somewhat questionable.

Here is one--and I have no idea if it is Biden's--he may think Obama is supremely qualified, but has not yet been recognized as others as such. In that case those others are likely to test him to find out whether he is or not.

If in your quote he had said he thought that Obama would fail the test then you would have a point, however nothing in what you quoted had him saying anything like that.

So far you don't have a point... either come up with additional quotes that show your point, or admit your subject line is wrong.
