A couple of weeks ago a visited a well reviewed sp and had a fantastic time. Knocked it out of the park for me. To my horror on Monday I discovered this red zit sore on sack of my balls. Horrified....did i just get herpes from a well reviewed sp? She did a bbbj on me (fantastic) Never in my life have I had an sti. Kept asking myself....sti or skin acne? Absolutely no other symptoms. Just one little red boil, size of a pea. Other theory and 95 pct sure now is it was simply an hair follicle bump after vigorously shaving my balls the night before seeing this provider.

Issue is while its not as bad (and more convinced every day it's not an sti) you can still notice it up close (popped it and it and still swollen a little). I badly want to see this sp I've seen bf but self conscious it won't go away on time.

Thoughts? Can sps tell the difference between a zit, hair follicle and full bloom sti?

Thoughts on healing this sucker quickly? Noticed it Monday and has gone down but still noticeable. Absolutely no other symptoms or more boils anywhere

Bro, if it's that bad, don't go there only for the girl to say no to you if she's not comfortable. It's not worth the risk for her and you. Also, don't try to "sneak one" past her, not cool.
Not medical advice, but I would get it checked out if it's freaking you out, then when you know what's up, go see the girl.

If you`re concerned, go see your medical professional of choice. I`d be worried it`s a Brown Recluse bite.....J/K....go get it looked at.

You don't get acne on your sack.

And an ingrown hair takes many days to form.

Here is an article on ingrown ballsack hairs.https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/321986#:~:text=An%20ingrown%20hair%20is%20a,blocked%20with%20dead%20skin%20cells.

Take a close up pic with your cellphone, and then zoom in on the photo. to compare. You should be sorta be able to see the hair shaft under the skin. If so, and there is a head on the "pimple" you can squeeze it.

If it looks more like a pus filled bump, and it tingles or is in any way itchy or painful could be a latent herpes blister emerging. You don't want to pop that as you will spread herpes virus pus to a wider area. If you have any doubt that it is NOT a herpes eruption, go to a walk in clinic NOW. If you get the Zanti-viral pills into you at the beginning f an outbreak,it will essentthe duration and reduce the risk of further outbreaks. It is serious. Don't take any chances.

If it looks like an ingrown hair, then you can pic the head and then squeeze the pimple.

And make sure you sterilize your tools in a saucepan of boiling water for a ten minutes and use alchol to disinfect the skin before and after. Don't wanna give a girl "lockjaw"! 😜

It could just be an ingrown hair.

When I started shaving my pubic hair my big concern was that a lady would see an ingrown hair or razor bump and think that I had something but I've had several ladies assure me that they can tell the difference between something like that and a herpes blister or syphilis sore.

Just to add to this, now that I've started shaving regularly, I rarely, if ever get any ingrown hairs or razor bumps. I've even got it to the point where the hair doesn't start to grow back until a week or more later.

Squeeze it! Just kidding...go see a doctor and don't see any SPs till the doc has given the green light

Can SPs tell the difference? They're not doctors but I would have thought most would look up this kind of stuff so they know what they look out for. That said, half the SPs have the lights so dim and the room so dark they wouldn't be able to tell if you had herpes etc. And just as important, you wouldn't be able to see if they have herpes or something else downstairs or on her mouth. If the room is dark, I always insist they turn the lights up.

Cut your balls off. You don,t need them unless you want to reproduce which more often than not is a costly mistake.

Herpes sores are filled with liquid. Herpes also is accompanied by fever, and other flu like symptoms. If it however looks like a pimple then salicylic acid might do the trick. However, if it seems to pop out like a skin tag, it could be molluscum. Any case, go to Hassle Free for a quick check and then proceed with the right treatment.
I'm reading not to use salicylic acid on the groin area. Not sure.
There are absolutely no other symptoms (like fever, itchiness or tingling and just the one zit). I popped it Monday when I found it and it's smaller now but still there. And not as red anymore. Will play it day by day this week see if it slowly goes away.

Why ten minutes? Nine isn't sufficient enough?

Dude, a bump could be anything. It could be really bad or it could be nothing. But asking terbites is useless. Stop speculating and just go to the STD Clinic. There is good one at Church and Gerrard. They have men days and women days to avoid uncomfortable situations. And it's free. I highly recommend.

But go early. It's first come, first serve.

Most providers are pretty savvy and we can usually tell the difference between an STI and some kind of ingrown hair gone horribly wrong.

And while it's not contagious per se it's still an issue. Especially if you're popping it and it's like an open wound. I can say for certain that I don't want my chin resting on a boil while I'm getting balls deep on your dick.

I suggest going to your doctor so he can definitely assess the situation. But with any type of issue like that be it a cyst or a boil the worst thing you can do is mess around with it. Popping it when it's not ready to be popped is only going to make it worse

And definitely don't go see the SP until you're all healed up. Just my two cents. But I am an SP so I think I'm qualified to weigh in.

I don't understand why guy makes thread like that without seeking medical advice first. It's such disregard to provider's business and just encourage the "provider's are disease carrier" narrative. It's getting annoying. There is one thread a month of this kind of thing where people just paranoid, make rumors and then disappear. Hope it's not your case OP!

I don't think it's herpes. Since you popped it and the inflammation went down after. However, even if it would be, herpes could stay dormant in your body for years you wouldn't know who gave it to you.

My advice to you:
- get true medical advice
- contact the provider you saw at least to tell her. Pretty sure you didn't hesitate to answer the pms you received about her, better give her a heads up.
- stop seeing provider
- in the case it's positive, contact every one you saw at least in the last year. Saw by your reviews there was a few and it will be very important to do it.
- don't point fingers without knowing for real
- if it's negative, be kind enough to come back and update your thread. Don't be like 99% of the other Ops who never give an update regardless of the business they might have affected.
