Has anyone gotten any scratches on their iphone yet?

A friend of mine has two hairline scratches on his iphone screen and on a white background it appears as a 'rainbow'. Can the screen be repaired or replaced by Apple?

Will Apple issue you a new iPhone?

Just wanted to know if anybody has anybody encountered this so far.

Anywhere there's a Strip Joint
Why hasn't your friend been using one of those clear screen protectors?
Why would Apple issue a new phone for someones negligence?

ZAGG InvisibleSHIELD

This is the best stuff.
And I agree, why should Apple issue a replacement phone due to negligent use? I guess he could try pull a fast one but he shouldn't hold his breath.

I bought the InvisibleShield for my iPhone and I highly recommend it.

You can buy it at RiverdaleMac

Weird, the Iphone screen is made of glass and usually doesn't scratch. I have mine in my pocket with quarters, pens etc but as someone said, Invisible Shield is the best stuff as I use one for my Bold which scratches to hell.

A friend of mine cracked his iPhone screen a few weeks ago. You can purchase the glass from the Apple Store for about $14 and change it yourself.
