For example. recently had to treat an yeast infection, so I picked up this pill, which is 150 mg of fluconazole. The Canesten pill is $25 at Shoppers, whereas the Life brand generic pill next to it is $20, I ended up buying a different generic at Pharmasave for $17, I did not check Walmart. I just wonder if I could slash the bill furthur, ideally I only want to pay maybe $10 for that pill.

What pharmacies do you think offer the most competitive price for over the counter & prescription medicine, not only for this fluconazole but also things like ibuprofen tablets in general? Thanks!

Not sure if it's available in Canada, but Amazon Pharmacy (available in US) is often MUCH less than the storefront CVS, Walgreens etc.

You do not need a Costco membership to buy at the pharmacy. I have not seen any of the other goods in the warehouse that are better buys outside the store for the last ten years, so I just buy the drugs without membership.
