Hey Savanna, sorry about my earlier judgemental comment, every story has at least 2 sides. I agree with Coach, you should analyze this invaluable feedback you have received from potential customers. It appears to me that adding a schedule with your avilabilty to your website might help address this issue. Also rather than providing excuses and being defensive, just apologize for any misunderstandings, professionalism is important in any industry.
