Premier Scott Moe gave or is giving (live press conference) a unified message. Its time for everybody to do their own risk assessment, and for the vaccinated and unvaccinated to respect eachothers' decision. Masking will remain in effect until the 28th. After that no more mandates.

One can make an argument against lockdowns but I've yet to see a single covidiot actually do so, it's either lies, bullshit, irrational nonsense or narcissitic bitching. I guess like most Soylent Green they want X, then they see everything as supporting X even when it doesn't and than focus on their distorted views instead of living in the real world because they are convinced it's true because they really want X. If they end the mandate on proof of vaccine, I will be happy. I may not have been on board with the way the protesters are operating in some ways, not all, but some - but I have never supported vaccine mandates and have always been a firm believer of “Your body, your choice”
The push back is gaining momentum and is obviously working.

The mandates where going to end and gradually. Same with other restrictions. This is not a victory.
And Trudeau is not going anywhere until he calls a new election in a few years.
As much as I like this news, being realistic is important.

I am sure, as soon as masks will be optional, noone will harass people for wearing them. The current harassment comes from anger of people who are forced to wear masks against their will. Leave people be and you will see that most people are good people. Force people to do want they do not want to, especially if they do not see why it is needed, and you will get lots of angry people.
