Best Buy has a 720p Panasonic 50" for $600 in this weeks flyer.
Take the $350 that has been offered here, it is a good offer.
720P quality may not be noticeable on 32 inch or even 40inch but on a 50 inch I'm sure one might be able to see the difference compared to 1080P.

This is probably why this tv is so cheap for a 50inch.

OPs TV brand new is $650 at most retailers except Bestbuy and Visions that have it on sale for $599.

With only 3months of warranty left though I imagine it's at least 9 months old.

Markham Sears Outlet has refurbed 46" Sony Bravias for $355 and Sharp having a warehouse sale next weekend in sauga on "damaged packaging" models.

A few years ago Consumer Reports tested different 1080p models vs 720P models, the Panasonic Viera 720p model received top marks. I bought one based on those tests and saved a few hundred at the time.
So just because they tout 1080p, really doesn't automatically mean it delivers a better picture, just sayin!

when i get home next weekend i will give you 200$ for it. based on the price of new and the age of yours i would say that is a fair offer.
