When her ad first came out, I was going to be all over that. It was due to the one selfie posted that showed a tattooed spinner, but the other formal pix (the ones out now) didn't line up with that selfie. Yup. Add to that not responding to "reply" on the backpage ads (fine, but then clearly say everywhere you only use SMS or whatever). Just not a customer oriented kind of place. The market here sucks so they probably get away with it. Fortunately a weekend in Montreal every now again works just fine.
For a couple months I could excuse poor website updates as that it could be that the ability to update the website was part of the skillset of the previous management and wasn't passed on to Lisa, or that's just not her thing. But, after all this time, she should have been able to acquire that ability. It's not like there's a lot to update. Maybe when the phone calls start to fly she has no time to do anything else but she could do a few updates every morning before the workday starts.
