If it is a scam, and that seems very likely, she will not even show up on Canadian soil. At the last minuet the email will come where she needs cash for.....

sounds like a scam.

Who spends that much money to fly to Canada to meet a stranger? If she can afford to gamble her money on frivolous things like that then what does she need you for?

Fade,

What are you hoping to get out of all of this? Sex? There's cheaper and safer ways. Relationship? Might want to start with something more in common than each other's e-mail addresses.

Course as a voyeur it'd be interesting to see what happens.

Time to run away, got the email today asking for $500. *sound of feet running to the door*

Time to give us all her e-mail now. We can ALL send HER an e-mail or two... saying how we saw her pic and want to meet her. <LOL>

I think its pretty clear that its a scam and these ladies never even come to canada or wherever they say they are coming to. They ask for the money ahead of time and then dont come. So there is really no need to "be carefu" or "tread carfully" because there are no real women as far as this goes. Move on!

Got this interesting email from a lady in Russia that found me through my work site and wanted to chat. A week later and a coupla emails and she tells me now that she is flying to Moscow on friday and wants to come here! ACK? Is this too good to be true? Have pictures of her and she seems nice. Is not asking for anything, she has her own room arranged and a job through an Agency. Any advice? Go for it or dont ever speak to her again?

I got a similiar email from a russian man named Boris...said he wanted to come and meet me to see if we connected

...told me he was big as a russian bear

I sent him a flight ticket

Russian Scam

I got several e-mails from Valentina,a country girl, who had gone to Moscow in hopes of coming to the USA or Canada. Nice photos accompanied her e-mails. She was thrilled to have "met" a man over inter-net and hoped to see me when she arrived. Then, she needed to pay for a return ticket or might not be able to enter country and needed $800[US] for the up-charge from one-way to return,etc......
Great looking lady and all seemed above board until the "request" for $.
This is typical of these scams.

computer detected her subsequent email as spam haha

Some russian girl responded to my ad on some dating site . I gave her my email address and she sent me a follow up email on how she wants to find a man for a loving relationship blah blah blah. My security software labelled it as spam and put it in the deleted box. Obviosly my security software was able to detect this email was being forwarded to multiple recipients.

obviously a scam, I would never give any russian girl my time of day.
