fuck ever riding a bike.I don't know if the accident rate is as frequent as the video would imply - I was looking at the cars in the video and I didn't notice any that looked dinged up before their accident.
BTW: 6:54 is the reason for the cameras. When I was at a bar in NYC, a Russian girl was telling me how her and a couple friends staged accidents with cars in which the driver was alone. They had witnesses that they were innocent so the guy generally would pay cash rather than go to his insurance company.

Mentioned before, but you are entirely correct that Insurance fraud and extortion are real problems in Russia and hence the almost universal dashcams.
