The Russians have had railroad mounted ICBMs for decades..... Keeps NATO trying to guess where they are. It wouldn't be hard for that type of technology to be adapted to other types of munitions and transportation.

It would have to find an aircraft carrier first.... more likely it's intended for Euro cities......
More reason for the US to get it's troops out of Europe now.

That is hard to imagine. Russia needs Europe.
But I agree with you on wasting money keeping troops in Europe 65 years after the end of WWII.
