Has anyone used this to learn another language?

A friend of my has used it to learn Spanish and he loves it. He did a lot of research and its the best program to learn a language in a short time.

Has anyone used this to learn another language?

Rosetta Stone has a decent reputation. Another company (tapes and CD's) with an excellent reputation is Pimsleur.

I distribute pirated copies to people in my area, so I can vouch for it. It's certainly better than my high school foreign language experiences. There's really no risk to buying it because there's a no questions asked return policy.

It is a great program.. I also know people who have downloaded pirated copies... much better than paying for it!!

I couldn't make heads or tails of it when I saw it in the museum a few years back.

its a good program if you just want to learn and memorize phrases but it doesnt teach you grammar and how those sentences are constructed.
