Very frustrating last night and this morning, can access some sites and not others, anybody else??

At least we aren't alone, it changes all the time as to what sites work and which don't!! grrr Help line is overloaded obviously.
Did any one get an offer to upgrade the modem??
Rogers is in the middle of switching their modems aan have given out a due date of Dec. 31, 2006 to change your modem for free. Has anyone done this?? if so what is different, in terms of service, with the new modem??? Also, I like how they make it look like they are offering a free modem when in reality we are doing them a favour by taking it in and exchanging it

Looks like it's back to normal now. Maybe the thought of Bella and I frightened Rogers into submission.
Well you are free to join Bell's Sympatico High Speed service that recently introduced a 30GB cap for all new customers on Dec 3rd.

Yea I had that problem for a while. I thought it was my router, then today around the afternoon it went back up.
Sometimes there is no point in calling rogers for internet problems since most people are having the same ones, I am sooo glad I am not with bell I would have thrown the modem out the window.

if you get something from rogers that looks like a christmas card, don't throw it away like i almost did. open it for your code for a free cd.

I have a 60gig cap, I haven't gone over it. I don't download enough music to go over it. and the video streaming doesn't take up that much either. I took advantage of thier free photo prints. when rogers had them.
