Hard to see Rogers going under, but you do have a point regarding the kids.Ted must be rolling in his grave .
Like other Canadian companies , once the kids take over the company is fucked .

John Tory reportedly tried to help broker a peace. Can you imaging if Rob Ford did the same thing, what the reaction would have been?John Tory was involved in this- on Toronto taxpayers time.
He has a vested financial interest-sell Skydome for condo development.
His blood is red-Rogers red.
Speaking of radio stations, CityNews (formerly 680NEWs) have some weird announcers/hosts.Maybe it's just a coincidence, but since Ted Rogers passed away, and Nadir Mohammed(?sp) retired, the quality of the FAN590 has steadily declined. Back then The FAN was firmly ahead of TSN radio in ratings for all time slots and age groups. Much different now.
We were speaking about the board of directors at Rogers and Rogers is not a radio station.Speaking of radio stations,
More nonsense and annoyance, per the usual. Before my post, another member mentioned FAN 590 (quoted below) which you probably didn't know is a radio station. I was responding to that member.Your post is the first to mention radio.
Complaining about how they announce the time on 680 News has absolutely nothing to do with the Rogers family feud and how it affects the corporation, the topic of this thread. It also has nothing to do with FAN590.More nonsense and annoyance, per the usual. Before my post, another member mentioned FAN 590 (quoted below) which you probably didn't know is a radio station. I was responding to that member.
"the quality of the FAN590 has steadily declined"
You probably also don't know that CityNews is owned by Rogers.
So, what if anything have you said about the Rogers Boardroom battle? You are derailing a thread.
I'll take responsibility for being the first to mention radio. Simply put, I felt Rogers interests in the radio business started to suffer once under the control of Edward Rogers, whereas it flourished under Ted.We were speaking about the board of directors at Rogers and Rogers is not a radio station.
Your post is the first to mention radio.
