JD is going to win I think. I know some people don't like his ego, but I think it works for him and he gets the job done. He is looking at this like a competition and has from day one while the others I don't think did. I think people are confusing that with ego, and in the end they will see, he just really wants to win.

I've been watching this show from the beginning, and I have to say this show has really pulled me in. I think JD, Mig, and Jordis will be the final 3 for sure. I don't know how Marty is still in the running however. I do have to agree with another posting that the fame of being the front person for INXS will be great in the short term, but not for the long hall unless INXS goes into another path from the music they used to perform Michael Hutchison. I think if I would choose a singer to head my band from what I've seen in attitude and skills, hats down it would be Jordis. She's unbelieviable! This girl can do no wrong (except during the group project with Marty). I think if Jordis does not win, I think she could become successful with the house band. I actually think that matter Jordis wins or not, she'll be the only one out of this competition that will be offered a record label as soon as this show ends to go solo. With her talent, I can see myself buying her cd (as long as the songs she writes are not like the one she put together in the group project).
Brian: I agree, to a point. those that are left, any could front or backup a band. Jordis did great on a couple of songs and failed terribly on a couple. Being that she is working as a WAITRESS as opposed to a performer is beyong me. With a little polishing and coaching she will/could be a real lead singer.
Marty, yeah, umm ok. INXS and Dave must see something I don't. He has talent, yes, but I can't see him leading a band.....
JD, he's got the attitude, the talent, the energy, I could see him or Mig doing it, and doing it well.
Ty, I could see him doing it too only IMHO he has a different style from the other two. Not so much a rocker, but a performer. I could see him doing well in a band like the Black Eyed Peas, etc.
The last two (and suzie) blondies still sound the same to me and IMHO still over sing the songs. Kind of that Maryanne Faithful sound, holding notes too long, kind of throaty, comeonbaby, lounge singer style. If Deanna could get some abruptness to some of the lyrics instead of drawing them out so long and STOP friggin crouching all the time, she could do it too.

Howard Stern was talking about this today on his radio show and he pretty much banged the nail on the head. Regardless of who wins, he was like "Who cares? It's INXS. It's not like anybody is going to show up for their world tour". And he pointed out that the black guy(s) and the chicks have no chance of winning so you could count them out from the get-go. It was pretty funny. 
The bottom line!
I found this on the internet and found it to be a very interesting read and it does have some legitimacy to it when you think about it!

I was one of the final 50 selected to go to LA for the final round for the INXS:Rockstar show. I wrote a journal about my experience and described all 50 contestants I saw when I was there. From day one we were told 14 people make it to the show...14...14...14...14!!! I have contracts to prove this. Anyway, all of sudden the show airs and there are 15 contestants...go figure! I recognize all of them, except one...MIG! He WAS NOT at the audtions. I promise you!!
So I came to realize, Mig is the mole..the plant if you will. INXS probably recorded the album with him already, though that I can't prove.
Check this out: One of the songs we were given to learn was "We Are The Champions"...then it was pulled. They changed it. Could it be because MIG was the lead in the London production of 'Queen: We Will Rock You'? A Broadway type show. And isn't the TV show supposed to be about guys and girls who are struggling to make a career out of singing?? MIG has a career...go figure!!
The icing on the cake was tonight. Great reality setup. One guy slaughters a Queen tune last week..then Mig comes in to show he can save the day and really sing a Queen song...go figure!!
He has been singing them for a living!!!
Anyway, if you are a betting man...call Vegas and get the odds on Mig. You walk away a rich man/woman...trust me!!

Holy shows, I just watched the vids at rockstar.msn.com and damn, everyone but Marty and jessica kicked some ass....I mean, if the house band, TY and the ladies formed up, they'd be a real force to be reckoned with. Damn TY can rock the house.
MIG and JD's were equally great and Suzie scored bonus points for the way she worked the crowd and running over to the other singers was a stroke of genius and the fall into the crowd, MAJOR bonus points for that! If she's in the bottom 3 again this week, someone needs a major head shake....
I think Marty hurt his chances bigtime with the missed notes and losing his place with the band...
BTW: I never heard of the guys in the house band before, but those guys ROCK!

DUH Jessica was booted last week. I don't know how her video was on the site...guess I clicked on the wrong link? DOH
