Elvis' first live performance in front of a paying audience since 1961 was on July 31, 1969. Typically he played two shows nightly at 8:15 PM and midnight for a crowd of about 2,200 for four weeks.

This show is from August 3, and queued for Suspicious Minds, which was released later that month.

This version of the song has incredible backing vocals, primarily from Millie Kirkham and The Sweet Inspirations.

This is Elvis before he started to dress like Evel Knievel then let himself go.
