Tom Jolls, best known as Commander Tom has passed at 89.
I'd rush home from school to watch Superman, The Three Stooges, the Flintstones, Batman, Little Rascals, The Musters and The Addams Family.

I'll add Clip Smith and Ed Kilgore to the list. I used to really enjoy Buffalo Sabres games on WGRZ before they went to Empire sports.

A sharp salute to you Commander Tom, you were a memorable part of my child hood.
As a Toronto kid at the time I never understood those "coldwar cartoons" like Roger Ramjet and those Emergency Broadcast System tests.
