Always a tricky subject in this forum. For me it has always been a negotiation when face to face.
Same here. All have retired and the ones still around are no longer offering and have restricted there services since the shutdown.
I got an awesome one from Alma (near ByWard Market), her ad is currently down on leolist, but do a search and there's plenty of reviews. Keep in mind that I didn't request it, just happened in the moment, so I don't know if it's a YMMV, but it was the best I ever had.

Wow, I didn’t expect this many replies. Hoping that some of these leads pan out. I have not had this service in a couple of years, since Kathryn retired, but really no one compared to Dahlia de Beauvoir. I won’t be able to play for a couple of weeks with family commitments but I will soon try these leads and let you know.

I can't speak for all of the SWs who offer it, though for myself you must shower at my location upon arrival and must be shaved (I don't lick my cat for good reason, therefore I'd rather not lick a furry forest butthole) in that area if you want rimming.
(I wish everyone no matter the service would shower upon arrival but sadly like over 80% turn it down)
For rimming I don't care if you only drove 10 minutes to see me and you showered before you left. I will demand that you shower here and wash very well.
