I know of at least one MPA who is most definitely not a FS provider. Her SL normally only goes to a BS. Recently during a discussion she admitted that if she was comfortable enough with the client and the $$$ were right, then she might consider FS. While we didn't discuss an amount I am sure that she was talking $300+.
