It's been awhile, but got a chance to see Yo Yo again today. English still limited, but she remembered me right away which was nice. Had a happy beginning which started as i sat on the edge of the table and got quite heated.Saw Yo Yo yesterday, pretty , young and good figure. English is limited, but is able to communicate in "other" ways.

I don’t see the hype with this place and I won’t be returning. Went in today and my bad I guess for not booking someone in advance but I’ve never been here before so I really didn’t know who to even see. I ended up getting the woman who usually works the desk and phones. She was in and out of the room 5 times in the middle of the massage to talk with the other girls working. The massage also consisted of her just pushing up and down on my spine. This whole interaction was a complete mood killer and I needed up walking out on it. In over 30 years of visiting MP’s, I have never walked out until today. So needless to say, I will not be repeating.
Shame. The girl who is at the front is super hot. I can never remember her name. Is it Karen?
To each their own I guess. I wouldn’t exactly call this woman “super hot”. At best I’d say she was mid 40’s and 5/10.
Not the usual one then. She’s a 7.5 easy. Too bad about the experience. I’ve had the in out thing happen too. But not to that extent.

I assume he went through the standard procedures when he had poor service?
- talk to the manager on duty before going public
- get the serving lady's name
- talk tp the manager
I have been a client of Retreat since it opened and did one negative review to date. I return because of the manger's concerns and desire to provide quality service. I judge spas by the cleaniness, attention to detail, looks and PERSONALITY of the ladies, fees, quality of massage and how the lady makes me feel as an individual.
In all cases I have rated Retreat highly and am still a client.
I have no financial or family ties to the spa, just enjoy good company and a great massage!
I would suggest your concerns could have been handled directly instead of here and I honestly feel you wold have been happy with the results.

I think Rip saw Sasa which in my view is the manager of this place.
I think Sasa made a mistake for not arranging someone else to answer the phone and walk-in customers. Walking out in the middle of the session is totally unprofessional and would be a major turn off.
Karen is the other lady that handles the phone and reception desk and I did ask for a session with her before and I had to pre-book so that she can have someone to manage the place.
Sasa should have apologized and returned his money. That would have given Rip a chance to try this place again.
I have seen Fifi, Cici, Rebecca a few times each and never been disappointed.
