It’s amusing how I was called an idiot or asked what I was smoking just because I am originally Russian and do take Russia’s position into consideration and it didn’t even hurt my feelings.
And as for the car civilians have been told about the hours they have to stay I shelters and that video clearly shows why. If you are in the wrong place at the wrong time you are In danger.

I am Russian too and I believe the blame is on Putin and Putin alone, starting with Krymea in 2014. The only things Western leaders are guilty of is of not reacting 8 years ago and allowing Putin to do what he does. It continues with Litvinenko and Navalny. Putin see that he can do anything without real push back from the West. Even now, the West is still willing to buy gas and oil from Russia and let some Russian banks to be able to use SWIFT. And why the hell an Ukrainian should listen to Russian president where they can drive in their own city?
