Do any of you guys know any good ones?

I've been doing some research and there looks to be a few but they look expensive. I'm wondering how much it should cost? I don't mind paying for things that are necessary but one of the clinics I looked at charges like $100 bucks an hour and there aren't even any actual acupuncture treatments until the 3rd or 4th session. The first couple of sessions are background, urine tests, a blood test, etc. Is this normal? I don't want to pay to have tests done that I just had done thru my doctor very recently i.e. blood-glucose levels, thyroid, etc. Thanks!

A number of physiotherapy clinics have acupuncturists on staff. i had physio and acupuncture a few years ago when i tore my ACL and the acupuncture worked incredibly well to relive pain and reduce swelling. I went to a place near Yonge and Lawrence but i know that a number of clinics have peole on staff. Not sure that this was particularly helpful.

I don't have any personal experience but I have seen media reports in the past couple of years about 2-3 of these clinics using "dirty needles". Just beware.

I've had Amy from amytherapy.net do an acupuncture session for tendinitis of my knee. Hurt a bit at first after the treatment, the next day my knee felt much better.
