Redd - disappointment

9:30 am - I call this morning asking about an appointment at 12 noon. Everything was good and arrangements were made for a 1 hour appt.
11:31 - confirmed with text. Redd's Reply " Sorry Redwood I accidentally double booked and I am not free until 12:15
My reply - " that's fine just send me the information at 12:15." Her reply "ok ty
12:15 nothing
12:30 From me, "Hey Redd everything OK"
12:47 Redd "apology I accidently doubled book"
12:50 I informed Redd that I would notify everyone on the review boards that this is her policy.
12:52 From Redd " This happens sometimes, But OK. Good thing I am moving to the Dominican Republic in 3 weeks so Knock yourself out. Now I am glad I doubled book because you are not my cup of tea."

WTF, you doubled book, it just doesn't happen, you did it. No offer to rebook or compensate for leaving me hanging for 32 minutes.
And how the F*** do you I am not your cup of tea, I know more about you from your ad, then you know about me!
Just tough luck I don't care I am moving to the DR in 3 weeks so everybody can go F*** themselves.
Just a warning, she is going to be in Durham for 2 more days, better book a back-up if you want to see this one.
