I realized that advertisement is for escorts and agencies and reviews is for clients, but is it possible to have something in between? Where clients can ask is there anyone who might partake in <certain activity>, and escorts can reply back that they might be willing and so on.. I realized bunch of that already happens in review section but I can imagine separate thread for it would be ideal.

I love that idea ! Is it not better for you gents just come out and be a big boy and ask direct questions? To us ladies! Rather then go to 3rd party!! As every session can be different for client to client!!
