I took a break form hobbying and been seeing the woman (fwb) .. lol seems to easier on the wallet. Weekly we stay at the motel 6. (can pay cash and if you know the right desk clerk,, its cheap.)

On sat night when I was going there to my her. I walked past a room that was open and seen plain cloths officers set up in the room..The one officer and 4 lap tops set up and 2 other ones were handcuffing a guy.

As I pasted the next room the door opened and and 2 more plain cloths came out with a sp (handcuffed).. I know its an sp because I seen her posts on BP and recognized her face

The week before I seen the same plain cloths officer, he followed me into the motel , in the elevator and up,, I got off on 2 he kept going

I`m not sure whats going on there guys but I would hesitate going there..

Stay Safe , Have Fun

Good info and consistent with what i have heard in the past. I have always heard from someone outside the hobby and" in the know" that this place is to be avoided and under watch.

Durham Police Chief has been quoted in the papers as saying his officers are working the hotels along the 401 looking for trafficked sp's and under aged girls. From the comments I read it was more like an interview type approach to the SP unless they found someone that was under age.

So what do they do? go room to room looking for sps? or do they just interview street workers who are just outside the hotels?

No they are looking for drugs.

They are not going to waste all the time and effort on Johns. And if they were, they would publish it in the paper to make everyone crap their pants.

For a under $200 ticket summary offense they are not going to setup a sting operation like that. They have a female officer get you to make an offer (only communication is illegal, not the act, not the exchange of money) then its your word against hers in court. That is all that is required - trust me I got nailed in Toronto once.

Love all the rumors about this place LOL.

I suspect that in court the "he said, she said" would almost always fall in favour of the police woman

They arent rumours but you are right, they are there for drugs first. Sometimes drugs and prostitution go hand in hand and the two birds/one stone thingy comes into play ;)

Your points are well made; but really, who wants to have to waste a day out of your life in court!!! Any pay...and pay, and...

They soaked for me the $800 or something for day of "John" school, then you walk.

Nothing more than extortion.

Could probably win in court, but you can't risk having that on your record in a day when you need a police background check to pickup your kid at school.

To explain better, they give you a ticket to which you have to appear in court. On the court date prior to going in, they round up the heard on guys they have gathered there and make the $800 offer, and give you directions to the scam "hooker help" operation to cut the cheque to. If you agree to the racquet, they push your court date over until after the Saturday the "course" is help. Go to the Saturday course for a boring and annoying day of how prostitution is bad and we all enable it. A tamed SP give a lecture on how we all ruined her life. Some police lady comes in to tell us how prostitution is illegal and they are cleaning up the city - she didn't like the question of why they were after us when at that time Now and Eye had ads in the back... Then some annoying bitch who is the John Wash of prostitution with her "not in my neighborhood" crap - not like anyone was picking up in a residential neighborhood anyhow. Finish the day, go back to your court date and charge is withdrawn.

So a complete scam to make themselves money. Nice racket to run all in the name of law and order.

An SP told me last night that LE is indeed after underage girls, pimps and drugs. She has been caught the following ways a few times: Undercover LE books an hour appt, girl looks through the door eye and sees one guy, she opens the door, and two other LE's come into the room from around the corner. She has to produce id to show her age. She is not charged They ask to see her $$$ Cash...if she can't show the cash they supsect a pimp. They also look for drug evidence. The Sp is told to leave and checkout. She is blacklisted from the hotel and does not get her money back from booking the room. She told me this is happening in ALL durham hotels. She is blacklisted from a few durham hotels this way.

I may be stearing towards more established incall locations as a result of this crackdown, even though they are not targeting Johns.

I would review the SP, but it was....forgetable !

Mr. Sword,

Thank you very much for the posting! Much appreciated.
Thanks to both lookingman69 and Rusty Sword for sharing with us! Lots of good info that may be of help to somebody one day! When confronted by LE it could be quite scary. Good to know what to expect and what your rights are. Remember that communication for the purpose is a crime! And if she looks underage, ask to see her id or walk as that is one charge you don't want on your record! Not only would I ask, I have and she was surprised but when I explained my motive she understood and showed me (covering her name with her finger for privacy). All was good and I had an amazing 2 hour session ! :)

Not saying it isn't in the same ballpark but I saw an SP last Tuesday at the Quality Inn on Bloor. I show up for my midnight appt and notice some dude wandering around the lobby. I make my way to her room and see he's coming down the hall. I had already knocked and she let me in just before he got there. Two minutes later there is a knock on the door. After repeated knocks she we decide she should answer. We are both still dressed so figured why not. Turns out it is a guy who booked but was late. I think he must have been hanging in the lobby trying to decide whether he should or not.

Anyway we have an enjoyable half hour and I leave. But because I was sort of suspicious if the whole thing when I left I exited at the east exit and walked around the building to my car. There were two guys in suits standing in front if the main entrance in the parking lot. Didn't look like hotel patrons getting fresh air. I was far enough away that I could get in my car without them noticing. I sat there for a couple minutes and they just stood there as if waiting for someone to leave. I had backed in to the spot so I started the car and just pulled out for the exit. I checked the rear view as I was heading for the exit and they were definitely having a look. Signalled and headed down Bloor. Kept a check for anyone else pulling out but nothing. I will usually visit SPs if they are at the Quality. It's only 5 mins from my house and I've never had a problem. I keep thinking I avoided something that night. Not sure if they were running anything there that night but I did have a choice of 3 different SPs who were there that night. Possible the guy who knocked and had been hanging around the lobby caused unnecessary attention.

"Paranoia strikes deep,
Into your life it will creep,
It starts when you're always afraid,
Step out of line, the man come and take you away...
There,s a man with a gun over there,
A tellin' me I got to beware...
What a field day for the heat..."
