Huh? Unfolding?

To cover a whole erection would have to be an awful small dick wouldn't it? Mine has never been even close to fully covered unless I spend alot of time in cold water. And when it's erect, the sleeve is already 3/4 retracted and only requires a light tap to roll all the way back.

I don't see how that would work either. It should be retracting during Intercourse so it makes little difference.

I'd say the reverse effect may make a better argument for the foreskin - might be more contact and friction because the skin stretched over the erection could ad a couple of milimeters of girth.

A small amount of skin squirm on the out stroke might also provide extra sensation to the front part of the vagina, while at the same time partially backing into the corona to provide additional stimulation for the glans (this effect I can confirm from experience)

5 of the 12 reasons are the same, and most of the rest are absurd. Being uncircumcised, I wouldn't do it as an adult, but there are good reasons to consider it on neonates.

1. A recent European study in Sudan, (I believe) found that circumcised males were less likely to be carriers of HIV. The effect was so significant, that many men in the area are not being "cut" as a preventative measure. This is really picking up steam in other parts of the world.
2. There are specific conditions that can ONLY occur in uncircumcised males (i.e. paraphymosis; very painful, and a urological emergency).

I wouldn't put too much stock in the versity of data coming out of Sudan. It is very likely skewed to promote scientific backing for Muslim practices as further justification for pressure to islamisize the minority populations.

Since that population would be heavily represented in the circumsized sample, it stands to reason that their HIV rates would be much lower for many reasons. You can imagine how sharia courts might punish extramarital sex, let alone hobbying. Plus, they widely practice clitoral mutilation and sewing up of the labia on women - I imagine these folks don't have alot of sex, and probably don't want it much...
