yeah, sure... i'll agree with you when i see more English players on Barcelona than on Chelsea.

this series should be Ottawa's on all accounts except some give a slight edge in goaltending to Anaheim.

now, how do they figure out how to get around a very difficult stat that shows 77% of teams that have lost game 1 of the final have lost the cup? Scotty Bowman has been quoted many times and used to have written in the Red Wings locker room, 'All we have to do is win game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals.' It was there mantra for quite a few years as it had bigger meaning than it at first appears. the first being, to win game 1 means you get there first.

People cheer for the mighty Senators just because they think the Sens are the Canadian team representing Canada might be headed in the wrong direction. Look at what NHL stands for, ie National Hockey League. There is really no national boundary in NHL, is there??? Look further, look at all those canadian hockey players playing in the USA. So perhaps lets be more international minded and cheer for the European NHL players as well. At the minimum, lets be North American minded and cheer for the North American players. May the better team win the Stanley Cup!!!
