Where the fuck did anyone say she was going to post the contract here, what a fuckin' stupid comment. That's what bothers me about this board, people make retarded comments that extend the life of the thread for days.

I am not the only moron on this board either. I have seen people post legal notices on TERB before, with their real names, and ask advice. I am advising her against doing it here.

Anybody giving her any advice other than go to a lawyer is giving her wrong advice. While Daty Dude is speaking many fine generalities, how does he know or you, that there isn't some clause in there inserted by an agent that allows her to back out of the deal?

By telling her she is out of luck you might be prejudicing her "rights" and giving legal advice that is in fact wrong.

Speaking as a moron I don't want to be held responsible by someone who tells me I have given incorrect legal advice based on some talk on an escort review board.

I have been in this hobby for a very long time and believe me if I give someone any kind of advice I am going to be damn sure I can back it up.

Some posts I find amusing, she asked a question about a real estate problem and someone tells her not to post the actual contract on TERB. This was never discussed or wasn't even remotely hinted at that this was her intention.

Definitive recommendations, other than "see a lawyer, without looking at the contract(s) are meaningless.

That being said, there could be confidentiality problems from posting the contract(s).
