Real Estate Prices

Alright I stupidly posted this in the incall section and the mods haven't moved it yet, so I'm re-posting it here

Not sure if this is the correct area to post this, but I'm just wondering whether there is a website that lists historical real estate prices for different areas in Ontario? Specifically the King City area in 2005?

There is excellent software that provides this information for the past 20 or so years. All licensed realtors have access to it, and can track price increases from owner to owner.

Unfortunately it's not available to the general public.
